I hate going to the gym or any indoor sports complex, especially when am at the beach. i just don't see the point. i'd rather be out somewhere.
Though, one day i had soooo much energy and there was no wind, and it was too hot for a swim, too late to book a dive, too late for yoga and again, i just had sooo much energy that day i just had to use it.
so yah, i went wall climbing....alone.
turned out to be really fun. i like hangin out with myself.
i'd like to do it more often, its fulfilling...
and you should to.
BTW, wall climbing is fun but hurts my back so much the next day..
